Welcome to GenzFlow. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GenzFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GenzFlow is a social media management platform that allows users to:

• Create, schedule, and publish content to connected social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Manage and organize posts across multiple platforms from a single dashboard.
• View analytics and engagement data from published content.
• Store media files (images and videos) for use in posts.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Connected Social Media Accounts

When you connect third-party social media accounts to GenzFlow:

• You authorize GenzFlow to access and interact with those platforms on your behalf, within the scope of permissions you grant.
• You agree that content published through GenzFlow is subject to the terms and community guidelines of each respective platform.
• You can disconnect any platform at any time from the Account page, which immediately revokes our access.
• GenzFlow is not responsible for any actions taken by the third-party platforms on your content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use GenzFlow to:

• Publish content that violates the terms of any connected social media platform.
• Upload or distribute illegal, harmful, or misleading content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Use the Service for spam, harassment, or any form of abuse.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you create and publish through GenzFlow. We do not monitor, review, or endorse user-generated content. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep GenzFlow available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

GenzFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Failed or delayed post publishing.
• Loss of social media account access due to platform policy changes.
• Inaccurate analytics data.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
