GenzFlow ("we", "our", "us") is a social media management platform that helps users schedule and publish content across multiple platforms. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

When you use GenzFlow, we may collect the following types of information:

Account Information: Email address and profile name when you create an account via Supabase Auth.
Social Media Data: When you connect third-party accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), we receive OAuth access tokens, profile names, and page/channel identifiers.
Content Data: Captions, media files (images and videos), and scheduling preferences you create within the platform.
Analytics Data: Publicly available engagement metrics (views, likes, comments, shares) from your connected social media posts.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide the GenzFlow service:

To authenticate your identity and manage your account.
To publish or schedule content to your connected social media platforms on your behalf.
To display analytics and engagement data from your published posts.
To store your draft content and media for future publishing.

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal data or social media tokens with any third parties.

3. Third-Party Platform Data

GenzFlow integrates with the following third-party platforms:

Facebook & Instagram (Meta): We access your Page and Instagram Business account to publish content and retrieve engagement metrics via the Facebook Graph API.
TikTok: We use TikTok's Login Kit and Content Posting API to authenticate your account and publish video content on your behalf. We only access the scopes you explicitly authorize (user.info.basic, video.upload, video.publish).
YouTube: We use the YouTube Data API to upload and publish videos to your channel.

We only access data that is necessary for publishing and analytics. We do not access private messages, follower lists, or any data beyond the authorized scopes.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL with row-level security).
Media files are stored in secure cloud storage (Cloudflare R2).
OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and are only used for authorized API calls.
We use HTTPS for all data transmission.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you disconnect a social media platform, we immediately delete the associated tokens from our database. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed.

6. Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time. To do so:

Disconnect your social media accounts from the Account page (tokens are deleted immediately).

7. Children's Privacy

GenzFlow is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website.
